Raising funds for children and mental health

Recently I gave the keynote speech for the Take A Breath Luncheon to benefit programming at Mount Saint Vincent Home to help kids who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect or mental illness. Mount Saint Vincent is a leader in Trauma Informed Care. The title of the keynote was How to Conquer Chaos and Foster Peace of Mind to help those in attendance deal more effectively with the hectic and chaotic world we live in daily.
